Jackson's After Hour was born from a simple idea: what if your neighborhood spot could be just as good at 2 p.m. as it is at 10 p.m.? We opened our doors on Plymouth Road with that question in mind — and the answer has been pouring out ever since.
By day, we're a specialty coffee bar. We source single-origin beans, pull careful espresso shots, and pair them with house-made pastries for anyone who needs a reason to slow down and sit with their thoughts.
By night, the lighting softens, the music shifts, and the cocktail menu takes center stage. The same care goes into every pour — whether it's a pour-over or a Negroni. Because good hospitality doesn't clock out.
